Bilingual in English and French, Frédérik Forget is a lawyer and workplace investigator with more than 10 years of relevant experience.
He conducts independent workplace investigations across a broad range of matters, including harassment, sexual harassment and violence, discrimination, human rights matters, reprisals, and other workplace misconduct.
Prior to launching his independent practice, Frédérik worked at Rubin Thomlinson LLP, one of Canada's leading workplace investigation firms.
Before transitioning to workplace investigations, he served as a Crown Attorney, where he developed extensive experience assessing complex evidence, interviewing witnesses, and making findings in matters involving conflicting accounts and competing evidence.
